At Medical Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance medical apparel and footwear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging and include the printed packing slip or return authorization form.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
